Meet Your Guide.....

Hey, I’m Lisa, former owner of a Sydney based decluttering business, life coach, and creator of The Intentional Home Program. After helping hundreds of families clear the clutter and get more organised at home, I realised the real issue wasn’t just the “stuff” it was the stuff behind the stuff . The mental load. The emotional load. The invisible load of running a home.

That’s why I created this free 5-day Share the Load Challenge, to help you stop doing it all alone, start building real systems of support at home, and create space for what matters most.
Because a home that runs smoothly isn’t about perfection, it’s about communication, teamwork, clarity, and ease.

Ready to lighten the load? Let’s do this together.

5 Days, 5 short Videos (via email), 5 Massive Shifts

Your time commitment: (15-20 mins a day at a time you choose, email will be delivered at 6am each day).

Plus a supportive Facebook Community.

What everyone is saying about Lisa.....

“It seems simple, but a better conversation really is the first step toward change, thank you for giving me the tools to do this”

“So much of home stress stems from those unspoken assumptions. Creating clarity around this is a game-changer. Thank you soooh much for these insights

“So brilliant and so needed, the real clutter is rarely in our homes, it is in the stories we tell ourselves, change starts there”
